Careers

Concordia Counseling is looking forward to expanding our staff by hiring additional counselors who are active members of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod and eligible to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Indiana. Consideration will be given to synodically trained church workers interested in pursuing additional training and supervision in mental health counseling.

Working at Concordia Counseling

You will stretch your skills and grow your capacity to serve others with the competence and compassion of Jesus Christ. Through your work, you will contribute to the mission of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ through Biblically sound, clinically effective, and financially affordable counseling services to hurting individuals, marriages, and families. You will receive ongoing training and supervision to ensure excellence in the services provided. We serve each day as good stewards of the blessings we have received from God.  We willingly accept both the blessing and the cross associated with fulfilling our mission. We draw our strength from Christ, who enables us to do all things.

At the end of each day, we leave any burdens at the foot of the cross, where we know the victory was won for us and for all those we serve.
