All too often, people struggling with a mental illness do so in silence. The stigma surrounding mental illness is isolating and disheartening, and can prevent those who need help from stepping forward to receive support from friends, family, and the community.
LookUp Indiana is a ministry powered by the Lutheran Foundation to silence the stigma by learning and talking openly about mental health.

DOXOLOGY exists to provide training, mentoring and consultation services for pastors seeking to enhance their ability to help people struggling with the ever-increasing personal, family and social complexities of contemporary life. The retreat training environment, grounded in Holy Scripture and the Lutheran Confessions, ensures that pastors will be emotionally and spiritually refreshed and equipped by their participation.
The Center provides a safe environment for clergy to reflect on their own spiritual and emotional health and assists them to review and enhance their professional competencies and skills as servants of Christ and stewards of God’s sacred mysteries. DOXOLOGY strengthens pastors so they can more faithfully pastor others.

The CCN from the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) is a national referral network of state-licensed and/or certified professional counselors offering care that is distinctively Christian and clinically excellent.
The NBCC is the nation’s premier professional certification board devoted to credentialing counselors who meet standards for the general and specialty practices of professional counseling.
The Lutheran Church Missouri Synod also offers a directory of Recognized Service Organizations that may include a counseling agency within closer proximity
